You do not need a listing to promote an event, and you do not need an event to have a listing. Every price is further down this page.
Who reads it
1,019 in the WhatsApp community, 1,606 on Instagram, 629 on the Luma calendar. Mostly internationals who arrived in Marbella recently, know nobody yet, and want something to walk into.
You do not need reach. You need people who do not yet have a teacher. That is most of this community.
It is running
Something happens most weeks. Sunrise Club every Tuesday before dawn at the beach, two hikes a month, three Social Workouts, and a Founders Meetup. Ten or eleven gatherings a month, all year.
Around that: a newsletter, a WhatsApp community, Instagram where we reply rather than broadcast, collaborations every month, and a partner list that keeps growing. Over 1,500 people, combined.
Everyone here deserves a spot to be seen and to grow into. That is what this page is for.
The listing
You fill in one short form. We write the profile from it, in the house voice: how you started, what a first session is actually like, who it is for, and who it is honestly not for.
That last line is the point. Naming who your sessions are wrong for is what makes the rest believable.
It is not your copy. Twenty facilitators writing their own listings is a phone book inside a week, and nobody reads a phone book. One voice writing all of them is a recommendation.
You see it before it goes live and can correct anything factually wrong.

Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month. No notice period.
Yearly, two months free
Leave early and the unused months come back to you, rounded your way.
Your written profile on the site: name, discipline, what a first session is like, who it suits, your Instagram. It also cuts a third off every promotion, which is what makes €10 pay for itself.
One slot a month, listing holders only. A homepage feature, a longer piece, an Instagram story series, a newsletter block.
If two want the same month, the second takes the next. We do not run two.
Sold, not awarded, and it can be refused when it is not the right month for it.
Then you have a timetable, not an event, and nothing to push. What you want is permanent presence: your week printed under your profile. Day, time, class, level, booking link.

Every price on this page is before IVA.
A schedule is always visible and never pushed. Not WhatsApp, not the newsletter, not stories, and it does not touch the 8 promotions a month. A timetable is not news.
You send changes, we edit. Every 90 days we ask you to confirm. No reply and it hides, because a member arriving at a cancelled class is worse than no schedule.
A sixth class in a week means the studio tier. We do not stretch it, because the facilitator paying for one push is watching.

Free events are free. Anyone running something free for the community gets the full push at no cost, offered before anyone asks.
Listed prices are for facilitators already in the directory. Your profile has to be live when you book, not signed up the same morning. Everyone else pays the price in the second column.
Not listed? The promo comes with 3 months in the directory, free. You pay the full price for the event, and we write you a profile and run it for 3 months at no cost. No card, no commitment, and we tell you before it ends.
8 paid promotions a month. Two a week, one per facilitator. The room is quiet between events, which is why a post in it gets read. When more than 8 people want a slot, the price goes up and the queue stays at 8.
Soul Seekers members get something. A 10% discount, a small perk, some added value, whatever suits your event. On every paid event we promote. Members are the reason this room is worth posting in, so they are the ones who get something back for it. Decide it before we announce anything, because it goes in the post.
A proper post on the grid, not a story. Single from our account, or a collaboration that lands on both grids and reaches your followers too. Same price, and we always suggest the collaboration.
€70 because a story is gone in a day and a post stays.
Every price on this page is before IVA. IVA is added at the current rate on your invoice.
Be clear on this
No commission, ever.
Your event, your ticketing, your money. We hold no funds and take no cut. A promotion fee buys reach and nothing else.
No graphics made for you.
We do not design your poster or your story frames. This is the rule the price rests on.
No posting in the community room.
A listing is not a licence to post in WhatsApp. Promotion is bought per event, capped, and posted by us. That rule is why the room is worth posting in.
No Soul Seekers branding on your material.
"Listed on Soul Seekers" is fine. "In partnership with Soul Seekers" is not, unless it is true.
No events built for you.
You bring a live event page you own and finished images, ten days out, in one message. Late or incomplete and the slot moves. If you genuinely cannot build the page, say so. Separate conversation, separate fee, never folded into the promo.

A rival Tuesday sunrise circle is not getting distribution from ours.
The directory is for people selling something they teach or host. If you come to events but do not run them, there is nothing to list, and nothing to pay. You are already in.
Asked most often
Keep posting on Instagram. This is not instead of that.
The difference is who reads it. Instagram reaches people who already found you. This reaches people who arrived six weeks ago and are looking for something to walk into.
And it is not your copy, so it does not read like an ad.
No, and that rule is why the group is worth posting in.
Nobody promotes in there without paying, including us, which is why people still read it. The listing is the other thing: permanent, on the site, nowhere near the group.
Send your bio, it helps. We write the final version. You see it before it goes live and can correct anything factually wrong.
No, and we would rather say so straight. €10 a month is already close to nothing, and discounted for one person it stops being a price and becomes a negotiation with everybody.
Published: your name or business name, discipline, the profile, one photo, your Instagram or website, the town you work in, and your WhatsApp, which becomes the Get in touch button so people can message you straight from the page. If you would rather they went to a booking page instead, say so on the form and we use that.
Never published: your email, your address, what you charge, or anything about your payment.
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion means off the site within 7 days. Send a photo you have the right to use.
