Elizabeth Eaton

Elizabeth teaches BASI mat Pilates in people's homes, from Fuengirola to San Pedro. She came to it after her daughter was born in 2022, when a decade of high intensity training stopped agreeing with her, and retrained as an instructor in 2025 after ten years in property management. Three mornings a week she teaches reformer at a studio in Costabella.

A session is on a mat in your own living room. Slow and exact rather than fast: breathing, core, posture and how your body moves, with her correcting you as you go. Mondays all day, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons, some weekends.

Good if you want to start Pilates without a studio audience, or to rebuild carefully after a baby or an injury.
